Mrs A patient of Fibroid uterus with bleeding problem of such an extent that her Heamoglobin dropped to 7 she had multiple transfusions and problem of pain in lower abdomen this patient has also had some bleeding disorder with multiple episodes of thromboembolism and was on Warfarin for a very long time none of the doctor was willing to do her myomectomy as she had multiple medical problems.
